Our Mission
Fire Proof Salt & Seasoning's mission is to honor and support firefighters and EMS crews, born out of gratitude after the Flat Fire threatened their home in Sisters, Oregon. Every purchase, whether it's a jar for the home or a Seasoning Pack sent to a firehouse, helps fund support for the people who protect homes and wildlands. They partner with local fire districts and national wildland firefighter organizations to make sure that support reaches the people doing the work, with 10% of profits going back to firefighter and EMS crews in Oregon.
Our Story
Fire Proof Salt and Seasoning was born from a wildfire. When the Flat Fire swept through Sisters, Oregon, the crews who showed up fought for our home like it was their own. This company is how we say thank you.
Every blend is hand-mixed in small batches with smoked salt and zero shortcuts. A portion of every jar goes back to the firefighters and EMS crews who run toward what the rest of us run from.
